To enter the Polish market and present its products to potential partners across various European countries.
Proposed Solution
UCV specialists developed a step-by-step strategy to enter Poland as a base market for further expansion. Adapted presentation materials were created, meetings with distributors and B2B partners were organized. The company was also supported at international exhibitions and assisted with brand localization for the European audience.
Cooperation Outcome
During the first 5 months of working with UCV, PES signed 4 export contracts: two in Poland, one in the Czech Republic, and one in Lithuania.
The total export volume during this period amounted to over 85,000 units of products.
The products were showcased at two international exhibitions in Krakow and Warsaw.
The company obtained an official representative in the EU, which helped shorten the negotiation cycle and strengthen its brand position in the European market.
