"Silver Planet" is a Ukrainian manufacturer of silver jewelry with in-house design and production. The company has been operating in the domestic market for over 10 years and has a stable customer base in Ukraine.
Assigned Task
To enter the German market with jewelry products, establish logistics and export supplies in accordance with European requirements and standards.
Proposed Solution
UCV conducted market research on the German jewelry sector, prepared the company for certification and product labeling in line with EU regulations. A logistics chain was established, accompanying documentation was developed, legal support for contracts was provided, and assistance was offered in customs communication. Simultaneously, efforts were made to find reliable distributors and sales representatives.
Cooperation Outcome
Within 4 months of the project launch, the company successfully established regular exports to Germany.
2 long-term contracts were signed with German wholesale companies.
The first shipment amounted to 120 kg of silver jewelry (over 3,000 items).
Within 6 months, the company expanded its product range in the market and entered the Amazon.de marketplace as a local supplier.
