Conduct an in-depth analytical study of the labour migration potential from African countries, focusing on education level, workforce availability, economic motivation, and unemployment rate.
Proposed Solution
More than 12 data sources were gathered (World Bank, UNESCO, IOM, Gallup, etc.). A ranking of countries by migration potential was built, taking into account education level, unemployment, digital integration, and the presence of Ukrainian embassies.
Cooperation Outcome
An analytical base was prepared for 54 African countries.
The TOP 10 countries with the highest potential were identified.
The case became the foundation for an international recruitment program for clients from the EU and the Middle East.
